Damaged Product Claim
Proper parcel opening / unboxing video is mandatory. Without a proper opening video, damaged product claims may not be accepted.

How to request a return or exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp +91 91597 32266 or email contact@aiyappatextiles.com with your order number.
- Add photos of the item, and the parcel-opening video if it arrived damaged.
Refunds
For an approved return, the money goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the item reaches us and is checked.
